PUBG MOBILE's security operations team has a "zero tolerance" policy towards in-game cheating. As a tactical competition game, the fairness of PUBG MOBILE is particularly important. The security operation team has been committed to creating a healthy game environment, attaching great importance to anti-cheating within the game, and taking various measures to crack down on violation actively.
"Emulator Detection Avoidance" is a way of cheating that uses an illegal and cracked version of the client to bypass matchmaking system, so that players on emulator can be matched against players on mobile devices. This behavior seriously impacts the fairness of the game, so we have established a monitoring system for real-time violation detection, including but not limited to using emulator hack or unauthorized cracked client to bypass the matchmaking system. Once detected, the account in violation will be banned from 1 to 10 years according to the severity of the violation. We welcome all players to contribute to a healthy gaming environment by monitoring and reporting these violators.
PUBG MOBILE's security operations team will do everything we can to ensure a healthy and fair experience for every player. We ask that the players abide by the rules to maintain a friendly game environment together.
